Another "pinch me" moment has arrived in my career.  Two of my images are now on greeting cards that are being sold nationwide!  On a stroke of luck the greeting card company, Marian Heath, found me on Etsy and requested the two images above for cards.  The card on the left was used for a line of Breast Cancer Awareness cards and the card on the right is now out as a Thanksgiving card.  How exciting!  I haven't taken the time to run to different stores trying to find them but I need to.  If you come across them, let me know!

I've been in editing-mode lately, looking back in my archives for some pictures to play with. :)  Here are a few of my newest colorful nature prints.  This past Spring, I found this really beautiful bush with tiny leaves and delicate branches, I could NOT take enough pictures of it.  So glad I did!

Nothing makes me happier than when a satisfied customer sends me a picture of my photography in their home.  I did a custom size order for a nice woman, Carrie, in the past couple weeks and received this pretty picture of her bedroom once she framed the prints.  I love the calming vibe of her bedroom, I think my beach pictures above the bed blend really well with the colors she's chosen for the room.  And that wallpaper treatment...I am SO in love with!!  I want to do that in my bedroom, I love the texture.  Thanks again for sharing your room Carrie!  :)

Once in a while it feels good to get away from the lighter, brighter images and create something a bit darker.  I took this picture outside of a cemetary and thought by adding some darker tones it would add a cool 'creepy' vibe.  Perfect timing to post this before Halloween I guess.  :)

If you follow me on Facebook you might recall I went on a beach vacation in the beginning of September.  I had SUCH a great time....just what I needed to relax and rejuventate.  I got in a lot of chilling hours by the ocean but also took a TON of new pictures for my collection. (yay!)  I've been editing some of my new pics the past few days..fun!  The images above are a few of my latest ocean prints from the trip. 

My vacation was a week long and the whole time the ocean looked like it was low tide.  I LOVE low tide, more relaxing than high tide with the small waves gently rolling onto shore...plus it's easier to swim in which was great.  I'm so happy with my new prints, they remind me of how deeply relaxed I was all week! Hope this brings a bit of calm to your day.
