Sometimes photography can take us to a place words can’t. For me, it’s a place of peace and tranquility. A place where time slows down and I can simply be still, in awe of the world and all its beauty. Through this connection with nature, I feel like the truest version of myself.
I capture the world as I see it through my camera in hopes of taking you on a similar journey—to mindfulness, to reflection, to peace and joy and happy places. We may not always find ourselves on the seashore or in a field of flowers, looking up at the sky, but the right image can take us there. It can be an escape from the stresses of daily life, transforming our everyday spaces into soothing, comforting retreats.

A little piece of my heart and soul is in each image I create. Having discovered my love of photography in my mid-thirties, I consider being self-taught as its own gift. By enhancing the colors of each photograph, I create a style and perspective that’s truly my own. It’s as expressive as painting; the colors and composition capture a mood and a moment that come from the very deepest place within me.
